All orders are shipped from the United States by Gemma’s Jewelry Edit. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Customized orders (engraved or resized) require an additional 5–7 business days for completion. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and typically arrive within 5–8 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs procedures and delays.
All shipments are fully insured while in transit and include tracking information. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
International customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit is not liable for customs-related delays or costs associated with refused shipments.
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit provides full insurance coverage for all items shipped from the time they leave our facility until they are confirmed as delivered. This policy is designed to offer peace of mind and ensure protection during transit.
What is Covered:

Claims Process: If your package is lost, stolen before delivery confirmation, or arrives damaged, please email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com within 48 hours of the delivery date or the date the package was expected. You may be required to submit supporting documentation, including photos, a shipping affidavit, or a police report (for stolen items).
All claims are subject to review. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued after the carrier’s investigation.
What is Not Covered:

Theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery to the address provided

Packages sent back to Gemma’s Jewelry Edit by the customer without tracking and insurance

Delays due to customs or weather conditions
We strongly recommend that all return shipments be sent with insurance and tracking. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit is not liable for any returned merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if not properly insured.
