Is the jewelry solid gold?
Yes, all pieces offered by Gemma’s Jewelry Edit are made from solid 10k, 14k, 18k, or 21k gold. Gemma's Jewelry Edit does not use vermeil or gold-plated metals.
Where does Gemma’s Jewelry Edit ship to?
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit offers domestic and international shipping. All orders are fulfilled from the United States. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
How long will my order take to process?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If your item requires engraving, resizing, or other customization, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for preparation.
Does Gemma’s Jewelry Edit offer engraving?
Yes — complimentary in-house engraving is available on select pieces.
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit can engrave initials, dates, or short phrases (up to 15 characters) in classic or script fonts. Engraving adds 1–3 business days to your order timeline.
Please include engraving details in the notes section at checkout or email within 1 hour of placing your order.
Please note: Engraved pieces are non-refundable.
Does Gemma’s Jewelry Edit offer resizing?
Yes — Gemma’s Jewelry Edit offers in-house resizing on select rings and bangles.
If a piece is eligible for resizing, this will be noted in the product description. Turnaround time is approximately 5–7 business days.
Please Note: Resized pieces are non-refundable and not all vintage pieces can be resized due to stone placement or design. For questions, please contact us at info@gemmasjewelryedit.com before purchasing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive an email with full tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Please email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com within 48 hours of delivery issues. We’ll guide you through the claims process and work to resolve it quickly.
Will my order come in a gift box?
Yes. Every order is packaged in our signature box — perfect for gifting or storing your piece.
Can I include a gift message?
Of course. Just leave your note at checkout or email us directly at info@gemmasjewelryedit.com after placing your order.
Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or make adjustments to size and/or personalization. If an amendment is needed, please email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com as soon as possible. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit will do its best to accommodate your request.
How do I make a return?
Please note: engraved or resized items are non-refundable.
Returns for other eligible items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For full details, please see the product page or email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

How will my payment be processed?
Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are processed in USD. For international customers, your bank will convert the amount at the current exchange rate.
