Yes, all pieces offered by Gemma’s Jewelry Edit are made from solid 10k, 14k, 18k, or 21k gold. Gemma's Jewelry Edit does not use vermeil or gold-plated metals.
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit currently offers domestic shipping within the United States. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. location.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If your item requires engraving, resizing, or other customization, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for preparation.
Yes — complimentary in-house engraving is available on select pieces.
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit can engrave initials, dates, or short phrases (up to 15 characters) in classic or script fonts. Engraving adds 1–3 business days to your order timeline.

Please note: Engraved pieces are non-refundable.
Yes — Gemma’s Jewelry Edit offers in-house resizing on select rings and bangles.
If a piece is eligible for resizing, this will be noted in the product description. Turnaround time is approximately 5–7 business days.

Yes. You will receive an email with full tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel or make adjustments to size and/or personalization. If an amendment is needed, please email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com as soon as possible. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit will do its best to accommodate your request.

Returns for other eligible items are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. For full details, please see the product page or email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com.
Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
