Please note: Engraved, resized, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
TO MAKE A RETURN
- Email info@gemmasjewelryedit.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following details:
Your order number
The item(s) you would like to return
The reason for return
- Once approved, return the item in its original packaging to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A tracked and insured shipping method is strongly recommended as Gemma’s Jewelry Edit is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. - Once the return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after the return has been received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
- Exchanges are offered when the requested item is in stock
- If unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or a refund
- All exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit is not liable for return shipments lost in transit or delayed by the carrier.
GIFT CARDS
We gladly accept gift cards as a form of payment. However, any portion of an order paid with a gift card is non-refundable. If a return is approved, the amount originally covered by a gift card will be issued as store credit only; no cash or credit-card refund will be provided for that portion of the purchase.
