Gemma’s Jewelry Edit accepts returns, exchanges, or store credit requests submitted within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact info@gemmasjewelryedit.com with their order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason for the request. Upon approval, return instructions and a shipping address will be provided.
All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Gemma’s Jewelry Edit strongly advises the use of a tracked and insured shipping method for all returns. The business is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two (2) to three (3) business days following approval and receipt of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are permitted when the requested replacement item is available in inventory. If not available, the customer will be offered store credit or a refund, subject to the same return conditions.
Custom, engraved, resized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstance.
Gift Cards
Gemma’s Jewelry Edit accepts gift cards as a form of payment; however, any portion of an order paid with a gift card is non-refundable. If a return is approved, the value originally covered by a gift card will be issued as store credit only; no cash or credit-card refunds will be provided for that portion of the purchase.
